Coming this Spring 2017! 

Trail run yoga experiences - Grab your running shoes and take your yoga off the mat. I'd love to share this moving meditation with you! 

Build resilience in your life by taking what you've learned through your practice and applying it to every day life situations. Move through nature and be inspired to reach new heights in your practice. 


Riverbluffs Park - Leave your mat at home - We'll meet at the rowing club, hike 1km down the trail past the pollen reserve to a flat spot, pause for a few group exercises and intention setting, head out for a 1.5 km run up to the crest of the trail to integrate some breath work, gentle standing postures and stretches while taking in a great view from the outside looking in on our beautiful city, before we run back to do yoga on the rocks and return to our intention. 1 km hike back to the car after class ends. 

Wondering how this will work without a mat? This will be a fun, moving class, yoga will consist of mostly standing postures and stretches. Seated postures will depend on weather & trail conditions.

Devil's Creek - Leave your mat at home - We'll meet at the George St./Blair Road Walter Bean Trailhead and start with some fun energy building exercises before we head out on foot to explore the Devil's Creek trail at a light running pace, stopping along the way on the trail to practice in some great spots, ending with some relaxing stretches.

Wondering how this will work without a mat? This will be a fun, moving class, yoga will consist of mostly standing postures and stretches. Seated postures will depend on weather & trail conditions.

Walter Bean Trail -  Leave your mat at home - We'll meet at the George St./Blair Road Walter Bean Trailhead and start with some fun energy building exercises before we head out on foot to explore the Walter Bean trail/RARE reserve at a light running pace, stopping along the way on the trail to practice in some great spots, ending with some relaxing stretches. This will be a 2km out and back run for a total of 4kms with stops along the way to practice.
