Lululemon 40/80 Strava Run Challenge:


Park and meet outside at Napa Grille, 20 Hobson Street

(The Corner of Parkhill & George Streets across from Dickson Park in Galt)







Warm up and introductions outside Napa Grille

Group run down Parkhill across the river to Water street, turning right to run through picturesque Mill Race Park. Stop at the amphitheatre for a short group exercise, following the Mill Race trail to the end, then heading right along historic Water street across Main St, watch for the river walk path to the right for a breathtaking, gorgeous view of our historic city, exiting the trail back onto Water street, continuing down to the next bridge at Concession (Cedar) Street, turn right and cross the bridge over the Grand River to Grand Ave. Quick right off Grand onto the trailhead to run along the River through the Cambridge Sculpture Garden and continuing onto Melville Ave, crossing Main Street, following the bend in the road to George Street, turning right to head back towards Napa, turning right onto Parkhill and heading back down Water Street for a 2nd trip through Mill Race Park.

At the trail end, head up Dickson Street past Ainslie to City Hall for a Group photo at the Cambridge Sign.

After the photo, we’ll head back down Dickson, cross Ainslie & turn left on Ainslie Street past Moksha Yoga Cambridge, turn right onto Main Street & Cross the Main Street bridge past Galt Juice. Continue on through our busy square, Memorial Park Fountain, Gardens & Monument, past the Library and turn right onto George Street to head back to the parking lot at Napa Grille.

Still up for more fun? Hang out for a Dion snow shoe demo with Dion Snowshoe Champion un-defeated Series Champion & Race Director; Lisa Leskien and test run at Dickson park! These are not your average old tennis racket style snowhoes. These are made for walking, running, racing and all out fun - deep snow on your favourite trail is no longer a problem!

Trail run yoga experiences - Grab your running shoes and take your yoga off the mat. I'd love to share this moving meditation with you! 

Build resilience in your life by taking what you've learned through your practice and applying it to every day life situations. Move through nature and be inspired to reach new heights in your practice. 


Riverbluffs Park - Leave your mat at home - We'll meet at the rowing club, hike 1km down the trail past the pollen reserve to a flat spot, pause for a few group exercises and intention setting, head out for a 1.5 km run up to the crest of the trail to integrate some breath work, gentle standing postures and stretches while taking in a great view from the outside looking in on our beautiful city, before we run back to do yoga on the rocks and return to our intention. 1 km hike back to the car after class ends. 

Wondering how this will work without a mat? This will be a fun, moving class, yoga will consist of mostly standing postures and stretches. Seated postures will depend on weather & trail conditions.

Devil's Creek - Leave your mat at home - We'll meet at the George St./Blair Road Walter Bean Trailhead and start with some fun energy building exercises before we head out on foot to explore the Devil's Creek trail at a light running pace, stopping along the way on the trail to practice in some great spots, ending with some relaxing stretches.

Wondering how this will work without a mat? This will be a fun, moving class, yoga will consist of mostly standing postures and stretches. Seated postures will depend on weather & trail conditions.

Walter Bean Trail -  Leave your mat at home - We'll meet at the George St./Blair Road Walter Bean Trailhead and start with some fun energy building exercises before we head out on foot to explore the Walter Bean trail/RARE reserve at a light running pace, stopping along the way on the trail to practice in some great spots, ending with some relaxing stretches. This will be a 2km out and back run for a total of 4kms with stops along the way to practice.
